Noel Foley has served as librarian for the Braddock Elementary School community for 20+ years. Mrs. Foley has worked in university, museum, public, and high school libraries but loves working with elementary students the most.

Mrs. Foley holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of California at Santa Barbara in History of Art, a master’s degree in library science from the Catholic University of America and is certified as a reading specialist from George Mason University. She and her husband, Kevin, live in Fairfax with their dog Isla and cat Arlo. They love books, museums, travel, and enjoy cycling throughout Virginia and Maryland.
