Mrs. Jackson-Muir has been a part of the Fairfax County Public Schools system for 19 years and brings a wealth of experiences. In those 19 years she has held a variety of positions such as Classroom Teacher, Gifted & Talented Resource Teacher, Cluster-Based Instructional Coach, LEAD Fairfax Intern, and has been an Assistant Principal at Hayfield Elementary School and Parklawn Elementary School.
She holds a Bachelor's Degree from Stony Brook University in Psychology, a Master's Degree in Elementary Education from Brooklyn College, and an Educational Specialist Degree (Ed.S) from Virginia Tech in Leadership and Policy Studies.
Mrs. Jackson-Muir is proud to be a part of Braddock's diverse and inclusive community. She understands the uniqueness of each child and believes in honoring the needs of all students as individuals while maintaining high expectations for all students.
