Hi everyone, I am Deborah Loepere, Second Grade Teacher for Braddock Elementary School.  I was born in Los Angeles, but have lived in 9 different cities growing up.  I have been an elementary school educator for 29 years and have been at Braddock for 11 years.  I attended the University of Maryland, where I completed a BA in dance and a BA in Chinese language.  I earned my MA in Teaching at Trinity University.  I am a life-long learner and am always taking classes!  I love adventure, especially if it is on the water and travel is my middle name.  e.  I have a passion for dance and have incorporated my passion into working with our students doing “math movement.”  My favorite book is Le Petit Prince by Antoine de Saint-Exupéry which I love to read in French!
