Mrs. O’Hara has been in education for 17 years, 12 in Fairfax County Public Schools. This will be her 4^th school year at Braddock Elementary as an ESOL teacher/coach. She has also taught vocational training classes for FCPS.  Mrs. O’Hara has earned a BA and MBA. Before teaching, she worked for 12 years as an aviation engineer with the Federal Aviation Administration which can be evidenced by her love of technology! Mrs. O’Hara has been married for 26 years to her best friend Walter. They have two children, both in college. She has two rescue dogs named Spud and Tater that are half dachshund and half pug. Outside of school, she enjoys volunteering, cooking, marksmanship, bible studies, reading, and traveling.
