Hello, my name is Alex Winiewicz and I was born and raised in Buffalo, NY. I attended Canisius College where I received my degree in Health and Physical Education. I then continued my education at Mercyhurst University and received my Masters in Special Education. I am in my 11^th year of teaching at Braddock and have enjoyed every year.  I am married to my wife Megan, who is a 4^th grade teacher at Forestdale Elementary; we have two wonderful children William and Evelyn.

In my spare time I enjoy riding my bicycle, golfing, and participating in triathlons. My favorite book of all time is Casey at the Bat. I look forward to another wonderful year and working closely with the Braddock community.
